Quality Assurance (QA) is a process-centered approach to ensure a company is providing the best possible products or services to the customer. It isrelated to quality control, which focuses on the end result, such as evaluating the end result of a product or service you offer at regular intervals. This evaluation may include sample testing (mystery customer programmes) or a full QA Audit evaluations  (which may be planned or unplanned).

Although these terms are sometimes used interchangeably, Quality Assurance focuses on enhancing and improving the process that is used to create the end result, rather than focusing on the result itself. Among the parts of the process that are considered in QA are branding, planning, design, development, production and service. Cost effective to grow your business by serving your existing customers.

Quality Assurance (QA) versus Quality Control (QC)
QA is the process of assuring that quality control is in place and effective, preventive in nature, the management of quality.

QC is the process of finding defects, corrective in nature, performed by the person or group creating the product.
